While working out with a partner or coach is ideal, sometimes this is not an option. This group is designed to allow players to train on their own without a partner or coach. All of the drills in these workouts can be done by a single player with no partner. These workout plans are going to cover a variety of different skill development areas as well.
This group is going to cover everything that goes into becoming an elite level shooter and is perfect players or a coach to use with their team. For most of the shooting drills in this group, you will need a partner or a rebounder. So this is an ideal group for 2-4 players. If you don't have a workout partner, join our Complete Individual Workout Group for workouts that can be done without a partner.
This training group is going to work solely on ball handling. Each month you will get a new ball handling workout plan to follow. Each month will be a combination of ball handling drills like two ball drills, tennis ball drills, wall dribbling drills, and so much more. Join this group to become an elite level ball handler.
